Creative Brief and Responses
- You are required to submit a detailed creative brief outlining your design needs. Our responses and interpretations will be based strictly on the information provided in this brief.
Reviewing Responses
- Clients have a specified period to review and provide feedback on the design drafts we present. Timely responses are crucial for staying on schedule.
Revision Cycles
- Our design services include a limited number of revision cycles as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS, USE, AND SERVICE
Authorization to Use
- You confirm that you are legally authorized to use the services provided by Design Proton and that all the information you provide to us is accurate.
Website Security
- You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper functioning of our website. Unauthorized access or attempts to access our website or services will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Operation of Website

REFUND, CANCELLATION POLICY & TAX/VAT
Website and Service Generally
- Fees paid for services are non-refundable unless specified in a written agreement. We reserve the right to change service fees at any time, with notice given to existing clients.
Creative and Response Briefs
- Once a project has commenced based on your creative brief, cancellation of the project may result in a partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed.
Rights of DESIGN PROTON
- Design Proton retains the right to discontinue services to clients who violate our terms of use or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or unethical.
Rights of Clients
- Clients have the right to request clarifications or modifications to these terms at any point during the service agreement, subject to mutual agreement.
NONDISCLOSURE AND PRIVACY
- All client information and project details are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose any private information without the client’s explicit consent unless required by law.
DISCLAIMERS; INDEMNIFICATION; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

- Our website may contain links to third-party services that are not owned or controlled by Design Proton. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Release from Claims

Specification for Each Services
- Usage Rights: You have the right to use the logo designed by Design Proton for one year. After that period, you must renew the license to continue using the logo.
- Copyright Ownership: The copyright of the logo remains with Design Proton. You do not own the logo, and you cannot sell, alter, or modify it without our permission.
- Limitations on Use: The logo is licensed for use in specific places only. If you requested the logo for your website, you may not use it on your social media without prior approval from us.
- You can use the logo we made for one year.
- We still own the logo, so you can’t change it or give it to other people.
- If you asked to use the logo on your website, you can’t use it on Instagram or Facebook without asking us first.
- Usage Rights: All graphic design work is licensed to you for a period of one year. After one year, the license must be renewed if you wish to continue using the designs.
- Copyright Ownership: The copyright for all graphic design work remains with Design Proton. You do not own the designs, and you are not allowed to alter or modify them without permission.
- Limitations on Use: The designs are meant for the specific purpose you requested. For example, if a design was created for your business card, you cannot use it on your website without our approval.
- You can use our pictures and designs for one year.
- We own the pictures, so you can’t change them or give them to someone else.
- If we made a picture for your business card, you can’t put it on your website without asking us.
- Usage Rights: The website design we create for you is licensed for use for one year. You must renew the license if you wish to continue using the design after that period.
- Copyright Ownership: The copyright of the website design belongs to Design Proton. You do not own the design and cannot make changes or modifications to it without our consent.
- Limitations on Use: The website design is strictly for use on the website specified at the time of the agreement. If you wish to use the design on another platform, you must seek permission from us.
- You can use our website design for one year.

- If the website is for your store, you can’t use the same design on another website without asking us first.
- Service Usage: Our email marketing services are provided for a specific campaign or a one-year period, whichever is specified in your agreement.
- Copyright of Content: The content created for email campaigns is owned by Design Proton. You are not allowed to alter or reuse this content without our permission.
- Limitations on Use: The emails are designed for specific campaigns or promotions. You may not use them in other marketing efforts without prior approval from us.
- We help you send special emails to people for one year.
- We made the email words, so you can’t change them or use them somewhere else without asking us.
- Service Usage: The social media content we create is licensed for one year and should only be used on the agreed platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Copyright of Posts: The images, captions, and content created for social media remain the property of Design Proton. You do not own the content, and it cannot be altered or used on other platforms without permission.
- Limitations on Use: If a post was created for Instagram, you cannot use it on Twitter or Facebook without approval from us.
- We make cool posts for your social media for one year.
- We own the posts, so you can’t change them or put them on different websites without asking us.
- Service Usage: Ad campaigns are created specifically for your needs and are licensed for use during the agreed time frame.
- Content Ownership: The ads, visuals, and text created by Design Proton are our property, and you do not have the right to modify or redistribute them.
- Limitations on Use: The ads are created for specific campaigns. You cannot use the ads in different campaigns or modify them without our permission.
- We make ads to help people see your stuff online.
- We own the ads we make, so you can’t change them or use them in other ways without asking us.
- Modification Prohibition: You are not allowed to modify, alter, or create variations of the logo, graphic designs, website designs, email marketing content, social media posts, SEO content, or ads provided by Design Proton without written permission.
- Copyright and Intellectual Property: All work created by Design Proton is the intellectual property of the company. Unless explicitly transferred, all rights remain with Design Proton.
- Enforcement: Any unauthorized use or modification of our designs, content, or strategies will result in legal action, and you may be required to pay damages for violating the terms of this agreement.
- You can’t change the stuff we make for you without asking first.
- We own all the designs, words, and ads we make.
- If you use them in a way you’re not supposed to, you might get in trouble.
- If you wish to continue using the logo, graphic design, website, social media content, SEO content, or ads after the initial one-year period, please contact Design Proton to renew the license.
- The renewal fee and terms will be discussed based on the current rates and usage conditions.
- After one year, if you still want to use the stuff we made, you need to ask us to renew your permission.
